Audit Ready Annual is an invitation-only maintenance and mastermind program designed exclusively for providers who have completed our Audit Ready Program.
You have built the foundation. Now, it is time to maintain the standard.
Most providers cycle between “doing nothing” and “panicking” when an audit date looms. This program breaks that cycle. It is designed to help you execute your Internal Audit Schedule and Quality Cadence in real-time, with guided support.

How does Audit Ready Annual work?

This is not a passive webinar series. It is a working program for organisations ready to do the work.
- Intakes: We open doors 4 times per year.
- Cap: Strictly limited to 10 Organisations per cohort to ensure personalised attention.
- Access: Up to 2 representatives from your organisation can attend.
The Monthly Format
We meet on the First Monday of the Month from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Hour 1: Targeted Training
Deep-dive training on a specific area of the standards, new regulations, or a focus area from your quality calendar.
- Hour 2: The Workshop & Mastermind
This is where the work gets done. We review tasks completed since the last session, brainstorm solutions to current challenges, and set your agenda for the month ahead.

Your Quality Cadence Roadmap: At the start of the program, we work with you to establish your bespoke Internal Audit Schedule for the year.
Monthly Live Strategy Sessions: 2-hour Zoom sessions combining education and accountability (11 sessions per year).
Resource Library: Access to templates, checklists, and tools to support the monthly focus topic.
Peer Mastermind: Connect with high-performing providers who are facing the same challenges as you.
Direct Access: Continued guidance from Tania Gomez on your specific compliance questions.
