What is NDIS Quality and Compliance?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a national scheme that provides funding to support people with disability in Australia. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is the independent agency responsible for regulating the quality and safety of NDIS services and supports.
NDIS Quality and Compliance refers to the standards and requirements that providers of NDIS services must meet in order to deliver safe, high-quality and effective services to NDIS participants. These standards cover a range of areas, including:
- The delivery of supports and services
- The qualifications and experience of staff
- The management and governance of the service
- The health and safety of participants and staff
- The protection of participant rights and dignity
How do we ensure NDIS Quality and Compliance?
